This unassuming eatery offers a cozy dhaba-style atmosphere where traditional flavors come alive, making every visit a flavorful journey to the heart of Punjab.
The standout feature here is the consistent quality and rich taste of their dishes. Their tandoori chicken is juicy and perfectly spiced, embodying the smoky charm that only a true tandoor can deliver. The butter chicken, especially the newer tandoori-style version, bursts with a creamy richness and depth that even longtime skeptics rave about. Alongside these, the chicken curry captivates with its balanced heat and aromatic spices, delivering comfort in every bite.
The freshly made tava rotis offer a delightful texture—soft with crisp edges—that pairs exquisitely with their creamy curries. The vegetarian options shine as well, offering a warm welcome for Jain and vegetarian diners, a rarity that truly sets this place apart in the region. Their buffet, reasonably priced at around $13.99, presents an array of choices including naan, rice, roti, several vegetable sides, non-vegetarian options, and traditional desserts like kheer, all served with genuine hospitality.
Beyond the food, the service here is quick and friendly, enhancing the relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether you’re a local or a traveler passing through, Brothers Restaurant/Punjabi Dhaba offers a rare blend of home-style cooking and tasteful innovation. Items like the mango lassi and vegetable samosas—which come with a uniquely tangy tamarind chutney—add to the authentic experience, providing multiple layers of flavor that keep guests returning.

“ I was impressed by the quality and consistency of the dishes at this Indian buffet. The tandoori chicken was juicy, the dishes were rich and creamy, and the chutneys added the perfect burst of flavor. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Excellent experience all around! ”
“ What an incredible find! This place truly stands out for its mind-blowing, authentic Indian food. Every dish bursts with traditional flavors that feel like a comforting home-cooked meal. The chicken curry, in particular, is a highlight—rich, perfectly spiced, and incredibly satisfying. Their tava rotis were a pleasant surprise as well—freshly made, soft yet perfectly crisp on the edges, something rarely found in most restaurants. But the real star of the meal was the kheer. Creamy, fragrant, and delicately sweet, it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had—absolutely mouthwatering and the perfect end to a fantastic meal. The attention to detail in both preparation and presentation shows a genuine passion for quality and authenticity. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place deserves a spot on your itinerary. It’s more than just a restaurant—it’s a taste of true Indian hospitality and cuisine. If you ever find yourself in Arizona and craving something flavorful and memorable, this is a must-visit destination. The combination of incredible food, freshness, and warm service makes it an experience you won’t forget. Highly recommended for anyone who loves real Indian food done right. ”
“ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hidden Gem for Jain & Vegetarian Indian Food! During our vacation in Arizona, while traveling from Las Vegas to Kingman, we were searching for a good Indian restaurant. Since we were traveling with senior citizens and some of us follow a Jain diet, it’s usually very difficult to find suitable Indian food in the US. Fortunately, we came across this place in between our journey. It’s a small, simple restaurant with a proper Indian dhaba vibe. The Google reviews were good, so we decided to give it a try—and honestly, it turned out to be an excellent decision. The staff was extremely kind, family-like, and very gentle. They patiently understood our dietary preferences and Jain restrictions and prepared food accordingly. We ordered chapati, three sabjis, dal tadka, and jeera rice, and every single item was outstanding. • The rotis were huge, perfectly cooked—not too thick, not too thin—just like home-style food. • Every sabji was flavorful and delicious. • The dal tadka was so good that we ordered three portions for five people. • The jeera rice was perfectly made, soft, aromatic, and well-balanced (not dry like it often is elsewhere). Our kids absolutely loved the food and happily ate dal tadka and jeera rice, which itself says a lot. For Jain food, we ordered cauliflower sabji, and it was exceptional. My parents said they’ve rarely tasted such a delicious cauliflower sabji, even back in India. We were 10 adults and 3 kids, extremely hungry after a long journey, and this was our only proper meal of the day. We ended up eating around 22 rotis, 6 sabjis, dal tadka, rice, and more—and the total bill was around $150–$170, which is very economical for the quantity, quality, and taste. Finding diet-restricted, Jain-friendly, tasty Indian food while traveling is truly a blessing, and this place delivered beyond expectations. Highly appreciate the effort, taste, hospitality, and affordability. Highly recommended for families, Jain food lovers, and anyone craving authentic Indian home-style food while traveling. ”

Naan, Rice, Roti, Kheer, Salad, 3 veg sides (no paneer), 3 non veg sides. Yogurt on request. There’s also a good selection of A la carte menu. ”
“ Frist time trying Indian Food and I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it. It's extremely affordable considering it's a buffet restaurant, but your also able to order your own items. I recommend the BUTTER CHICKEN in the Red Sauce along with White Rice & Toasted slices of Pita Bread. .
